Landscape Photographer Of The Year until 5 April 2020


Deadline: 5 April 2020. With a total prize fund worth over £20,000, a full colour book of best entries and a popular annual exhibition in Central London, Landscape Photographer of the Year celebrates all that is great about the British landscape and showcases the work of many talented photographers, inspiring visitors to experience the joys of British landscapes at first hand. Britain’s heritage is celebrated by people around the world and entries are welcome from everyone, whether resident in Britain or simply visiting.

Prizes:

Adult class (19 or over on 5th April 2020)

The entrant, who creates the entry deemed by the judges to be the single best image, taking into account all four adult categories, will become the Landscape Photographer of the Year 2020 and will win £10,000.

There will be a prize of £1000 for the image judged the best in each of the four adult categories.

There will be a prize of £500 for the image that is judged second in each of the four adult categories.

Youth class (18 or under on 5th April 2020)

The entrant of 18 & under, who creates the entry deemed by the judges to be the single best image, taking into account all four youth categories, will become the Young Landscape Photographer of the Year 2020 and will win £1,000. Payment of the cash element of the prize will be made to the winner’s parent/guardian.

There will be a copy of the Awards book for the photographers of the images judged the best in each of the four youth categories.
