Deadline: 20 November 2026. ArtFundMe supports artists, makers and creative storytellers with a quarterly grant. Each cycle, one selected artist receives an unrestricted $1,000 (USD) creative grant to support their practice, and 18 more artists receive Honourable Mentions.

Who can apply: Artists and creatives aged 18 and over, from anywhere in the world. All mediums are welcome, from painting and photography to film, writing, sound, textiles and experimental practice. Emerging, self-taught, returning, mid-career or established – no formal training or gallery representation needed.

What you’ll share: Examples of your work, the story behind it, and how the $1,000 grant would support you right now.

How it’s judged: A review panel assesses every application against the same published criteria: Strength of creative work – 35%; Originality / personal voice – 20%; Story, journey or lived experience – 25%; Clarity of purpose: how the grant may help – 10%; Emotional, creative or cultural impact – 10%. ArtFundMe is a skill and judgement-based award. The outcome is not determined by chance.
