International Portrait Photography Awards ends 1 September 2025

Deadline: 1 September 2025. At the IMAGO Institute, we are excited to announce the second edition of the International Portrait Photography Awards!

This competition seeks to recognize the best photographers from around the world working in the portrait genre from its various perspectives: conceptual, anthropological, self-portrait, documentary, street, experimental, and more.

We hope these awards will help photographers of all levels achieve international recognition and thus achieve significant advancement in their creative careers.

Only photographs that address the portrait genre will be accepted.
The subject matter is open to all techniques, subgenres, or subcategories.
Photographs will have no restrictions regarding editing and/or manipulation.
Synthetic pictures (generated using artificial intelligence models) will not be accepted.

$4,000.0 MXN

Most voted photo
$2,000.0 MXN

Other prizes
Together with the winners, 30 finalists will be part of an exhibition at the Man Ray Gallery, at the IMAGO Institute, Mexico City.
