UNESCO-UNEVOC Skills in Action Photo Competition ends 31 August 2026
Deadline: 31 August 2026. The UNESCO-UNEVOC Skills in Action Photo Competition celebrates the transformative role of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in preparing young people with the skills needed for the future. This is your chance to capture inspiring moments that demonstrate how TVET contributes to innovation, inclusion, sustainability and youth employment.
Entries can focus on one or more of this year’s categories. You are allowed to submit up to one (1) entry per category for a maximum of four (4) submissions.
Equity and inclusion
Show that skills development opportunities should be available to everyone regardless of gender, ethnicity, nationality, socio-economic status or disability.
Green skills and sustainability
Shine a spotlight on resource-efficient technologies, sustainable practices or green jobs.
Digital transformation and artificial intelligence
Capture images of young people engaged in coding, robotics, virtual reality or the use of AI tools.
Innovation and excellence
Highlight innovative training and skills that improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

1st prize USD 750
2nd prize USD 500
3rd prize USD 350
In addition, winners will receive:
An official certificate.
Publication of their work on the UNESCO-UNEVOC Flickr account.
