Dodho’s Call For Entries is searching for projects powerful enough to stop the world for a moment—bodies of work that insist on a space where gaze, narrative, and authorial voice still matter.
For the past ten years we have published thirty-four uninterrupted print editions show-casing the work of two hundred and four photographers from twenty-eight countries across five continents. Each issue circulates in thousands of physical copies and has been downloaded more than twenty million times in digital form, placing every selected project before a genuinely global audience. It is no coincidence that eighty percent of the artists who debut with us return for new collaborations.
Selection is conducted through a blind jury system that strips away names and résumés; only the strength of the image determines the outcome. The panel is composed of pro-fessionals who know how to recognise when technique, impact, composition, and style converge to create something that must be seen. Passing through their hands means being judged by rigorous criteria and, at the same time, gaining visibility in the arenas that decide what hangs on gallery walls, what is printed in influential magazines, and what screens at festivals setting the pace of contemporary photography.
Participation is straightforward. Submit your series or photographic project before the deadline, complete the online form, and prepare for your work to move from an ephem-eral feed to a tangible, enduring platform. Whether you work in documentary, portraiture, architecture, or experimental practice, we seek narratives that speak for themselves.
This is your opportunity to stop speaking to algorithms and start addressing the interna-tional photographic community with ambition, honesty, and without asking for permis-sion. If you believe your images were born for more than competing for fleeting attention between filters and viral dances, this is where they belong.
