Deadline: 31 December 2025. The monthly contests are now on pause as we introduce the Shoot The Frame Annual Awards — a global celebration of photography that allows us to go deeper into storytelling and recognition of photographers across an entire year.

Categories

This year, the focus is on portrait photography, celebrated through two categories:

One Frame
Honouring the power of a single photographic portrait. You may submit as many images as you like, with each judged on its individual merit.

Photo Essay
A curated series of up to 15 portraits that connect as a complete body of work. Visual stories told through tone, subject, or theme, and judged as one unified entry.

Prizes:

We have some incredible prizes lined up, including USD $4,000 in cash. Over the coming weeks, we’ll introduce you to our prize partners.
