Scotland’s Photo of the Year until 25 October 2020


Deadline: 25 October 2020. Scotland’s Photo of the Year is a brand new annual photography competition to celebrate and showcase the beauty and diversity of Scotland. Whether you have photos of Scotland’s landscapes, wildlife, architecture or culture, all images are welcome. A panel of 3 professional judges will select the top ten photos from all genres and these will then be showcased on the competition website for a week of public voting to decide the overall winner. There are over £4,000 worth of prizes, with all finalists receiving cash prizes. All profits generated from the competition go directly to local Scottish charities.

Prizes:

First prize = £2,000 cash, £500 equipment voucher from Ffordes Photographic, and £300 of Kase filters.
Second prize = £500 cash, Olympus Tough TG-6 camera, and £100 equipment voucher from Ffordes Photographic.
Third prize = £200 cash and £100 equipment voucher from Ffordes Photographic.
4th-10th places = £50 cash.
There’s also a Judge’s Choice prize of £250 plus £150 worth of memory cards.
